Thus here is little preliminary standardised test for you to answer and help us calculate your depression score and enlighten you with whether you need to consult a doctor or not.
This questionnaire is an weighted aggregation of the following four Standardised tests based on recent studies in this domain.

• GAD-7 (General Anxiety Disorder)
• PHQ-9 (Pateint Health Questionnaire)
• RIS (Regensburg Insomnia Scale)
